Terms and conditions

All prices include breakfast and en-suite accommodation.

Guests are asked to arrive from 4.30pm onwards, unless otherwise arranged.

On day of departure guests are asked to leave by 11am.

There is a £5 supplement per room per night for Bank Holiday weekends

A deposit of £15 per person is required (the booking is not secured until we receive your deposit).

The deposit is non-refundable for cancellations within 14 days of arrival. For cancellations less than 48 hours before arrival, the full cost of the first night's stay will be charged unless the room is re-let.

Payment by cash or cheque made payable to Mrs E Peeke.

We are sorry but we are unable to accommodate guests' pets.

Mill House is non-smoking.
